One of the best way to reduce the amount of excessive chest fat you may have is to do focused chest workouts. One of the best man boobs exercises out there is the barbell chest press.
There are several ways to do the barbell chest press in order to target different areas of your chest:
1. The straight back chest press - place the bench perfectly horizontal. This variation works the general chest muscles. This exercise is of medium difficulty.

I suggest doing sets of all 3 variations. This will give your pectorals an all around workout and will help reduce your man boobs.
